Mel has had a passion for multiple sports ever since she can remember. From running, soccer and Ringuette to cycling, triathlons and Ironman 70.3 to the full Ironman Canada. She has then proceeded to become a CrossFit athlete and has become healthier and stronger than ever. Loving every minute of it and wanting to share this wonderful sport with everyone.
I always strive to be the best Me that I can be. My goal is to do the same as a CrossFit Trainer. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) at YQM, I want to help clients obtain and highlight small victories on the path to their overall goals, all while having a good time!
