As a life-long competitive athlete in multiple sports, I had never been so challenged and driven before I encountered CrossFit. Like most of the CrossFit Community, it changed my life forever. I enjoy nothing more than to help others through their journey of obtaining a happy and healthier lifestyle. My goal for our gym is to have a box where good times and hard work are part of the daily grind. No doubt, CrossFit will make you a stronger athlete, but more importantly, it will make you a stronger person.
