After years of the same routine at the local gym, Eric needed a new challenge, this is when his CrossFit journey started. In the spring of 2012,  he tried his first WOD with Trainer Mark B. and when I couldn’t walk down the stairs properly for the next 3 days, I was hooked. I love the Crossfit method. Why? It never gets easier and you get stronger each and every day! With

As a Trainer, I want to share what I know and learned through CrossFit speciality certifications.  My goal as a YQM Coach is to inspire people to lay a safe, consistent and sound foundation in their movements and to build a lifestyle of health and fitness.
