Chris was introduced to CrossFit by a friend in January 2016 and was immediately hooked. It quickly turned into a passion, not only for the sport but also on the coaching side. After working as an accountant for 6 years, I decided it was time to follow my passion and pursue a career as a trainer at YQM.
The philosophy behind CrossFit is what I love so much. It’s about more than being fit and strong, it’s about being healthy and hedging our wellbeing against sickness. As a YQM coach, my purpose in the gym is to help members reach goals day-by-day, push their limits and help them understand how their bodies should be moving.
