Q-fit Ladies Bootcamp


Led by an experienced coaches, within a group setting, Q-Fit is a calorie-burning, interval training 1 hour class designed to target all levels of clients.




Crossfit


The mindset at the start of each workout is to be stronger, move faster, more efficiently, with better form than ever.



Corporate Team Building


This program is designed for all fitness levels and is coached by our qualified Trainers, with the goal of having fun while working together to accomplish the task at hand.



Inbody Scan


Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing the muscle, fat, and water values of the user.
