1-Plank 30-45Sec

2-12 Med-Ball Russian twist +8 OH Lunges

3-10 Oblique Crunches + 3 Burpees

Part 2-

Level Method Rowing Test

*Note: The rowing test will be a different structure for everyone depending on your level. It will be a fun fitness test and a great workout. If you’re debating on skipping this workout, think about the Games Athletes that pushed through a gruelling Marathon row last weekend, pretty sure you guys can push through a short 12-20min of rowing 😉 .
