BUT! Before you start thinking about skipping this workout, we want you to consider these AWESOME factors:

✔️Running more will make you less sucky at running.

✔️Running increases you aerobic capacity (also known as “cardio”)

✔️Completing the workout will mean you ran a 5K, maybe even your first one?!

✔️Getting out of your comfort zone will make you better at life!
