The 2018 Open is over! Congrats to everyone who participated and we’re proud of all of your hard work and accomplishments!

To get back into the normal routine, we’ll kick it off with a de-load week. This week is meant to take it easy but still have a good sweat. If you feel your body needs a rest, take a rest. If you feel good, come in for a workout but keep it on the light side this week.
